With nearly 20 years of experience selling and marketing technology solutions to the nonprofit sector, Jim brings a consultative, solution-oriented approach. His background includes in-depth knowledge of both technical architectures and compliance frameworks, enabling him to guide customers toward scalable, mission-aligned solutions. In addition to OIS he is on a quest to learn more about his Catholic faith and how to further apply it to social justice.
Adam Douglass

With over 20 years of experience in software development and technical leadership, Adam has built a wide range of web and mobile applications for small and mid-sized organizations, including nonprofits. He began his career by founding a successful cloud hosting company in the early 2000s and transitioned to mobile and web development following the launch of the iPhone—quickly establishing a niche in creating practical, user-focused solutions for mission-driven organizations.

Steve is a seasoned nonprofit technology leader and one of the original founders of Social Solutions, now part of Bonterra. His journey began within a nonprofit organization, where he developed a technology solution to support case managers—a product that eventually evolved into a widely adopted platform within the sector.
With more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and social impact space, Steve has held numerous roles.
